I am a qualified massage therapist in West Dorset. I was trained in London by modern massage pioneer Clare Maxwell-Hudson, receiving an ITEC/CMH Diploma in Holistic Massage with Credit. I offer treatments at a clinic room in Bridport or in the comfort of your own home.
I was introduced to the beneficial properties of massage through my wife, who finds regular massage greatly improves her quality of life, easing the symptoms of her ME (Myalgic Encephalopathy) and Fibromyalgia.
I am fully insured and a member of the Massage Training Institute's Register of Practitioners and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (The Department of Health in November 2009 stated: "CNHC is the only voluntary regulatory body for complementary healthcare which has official government backing. No other organisation has the same exacting criteria or focus on safety and quality). Members of the MTI and CNHC registers are bound by a strict Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures. They must also complete a further 18 hours of training every year.
